Cast of an ancient Greek coin from Syracuse with the head of a nymph.  This is a famous and widely admired coin type because of its great beauty and large size.   I set it in a massive silver ring with a 22k gold bezel set around the coin.  Very impressive look, and no worries about the coin, since it is not ancient.  Coins are not great to wear in jewelry, they are vulnerable to wear and damage, not a good thing to subject an antiquity to.  But these casts can be worn with no fear, and they look great.
