The amphora pendant is 19th Century, part of the movement of Etruscan revival  jewelry.  It is either English or Italian, and of beautiful quality and detail.  The garnet is of particular interest in that it is slightly hollowed out in the back allowing light to pass through the deeply colored stone, giving it an unusual luminescence for such a normally dark stone.
