Full size cast from molds taken from the head of a famous statue of Hera in the Vatican museum, which is particularly beautiful and large being over life sized.  The statue which was extensively restored and has a cool neoclassical feel, is given pride of place in the Sala Rotunda as a measure of the high regard it was held in the 18th Century.  Below is a photo of it I took on my last trip to Rome, I have always admired the statue, and when I saw this cast of the head, I had to have it.
